You will

• Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the latest web technologies
• Debug production issues across multiple levels of our stack
• Refactor existing code to accommodate new features or standards
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to build new features at large-scale

You might be a good fit for this role if you...

• Have a history of developing and supporting intuitive client side web applications.
• Have a strong understanding of modern JavaScript features and best practices.
• Have experience with a modern front end framework such as React.js, Ember.js or Vue.js
• Have built hybrid mobile apps using Cordova or similar technology.
• Have built native mobile apps using platform specific technologies.
• Have built highly polished
• Are familiar with Node.js and REST APIs.
• Take an iterative approach to development, dividing long-term goals into incremental milestones
• Have experience working in a remote-first organization
• Place a high value on security

It's not expected that a single candidate has expertise in all these areas. We're looking for professional engineers, who can quickly learn and adapt as our systems and situation changes, rather than candidates with a rigid skill set.

Location

This is a full time position with home office in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The position is partially remote, but we prefer someone living in Puerto Rico.
